Customized automated transport vehicles are designed for the special requirements of production logistics and have a service life of several decades. We offer customized transport systems for almost every application. The handling of heavy, long and bulky loads is our daily-business. The transport equipment from Genkinger-bAKA, which has been proven for almost 100 years, is used here as a robust, reliable, flexible and resilient transport system that enables the barrier-free networking of different storage and work areas. The AGVs can be integrated into any individual process organization: from simple transport applications to the goods-to-person principle to full automation in an integrated overall system. All transport orders are controlled and optimized by fleet software that receives the orders from any merchandise management system. The navigation of the driverless transport vehicles can be carried out, for example, with laser scanners and reflectors, lane-guided or camera-controlled, thus guaranteeing one hundred percent reliability and safety using the latest technologies. In addition, the automatically navigating vehicles are equipped with lithium battery technology so that production and logistics concepts with high performance can be provided for 24-hour operation.
